Whichever way you look at the life of a dedicated and successful person, somewhere embedded in a life story will be that greatest of all words we call love. In the world of flowers John Massey has created, there is one species which stands out above all others. The hepatica has several colours and forms, and for this prized collection, Kerry Goodwin has not opted for the simplest and most familiar version, but instead chose Hepatica henryi with its soft, white flowers and less rigid plant form. Add this to the 159/6 shape and you find a piece of art pottery radiating colour, grace and elegance. Bringing her pure white flowers up from a dark base, the designer introduces shades of leaf colour varying from a light, autumnal brown to sensitively coloured shades of green and all of it set off to perfection by a pure white rim. Dimensions: H 15.50 x W 7.50 x D 7.50 cm. Shape 159/6.
