Due to our long-term partnership in a long-standing partnership with UPS, FedEx, DHL and many other leading global carriers, we are able to offer various shipping options. Our warehouse staff are highly trained to package your goods exactly according to the specifications we offer. Prior to shipping the goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. Each day, we ship to thousands of customers in multiple countries. This shows our commitment to becoming the biggest retailer on the internet. The warehouses and centers of distribution are situated in Europe, as well as the USA.
It is important to note that orders with multiple items are processed according to the item.
Prior to shipping before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you have ordered. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
We don't control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware that it's possible that your order could run out of stock even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
For your item to be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
